>> hey there, uma. right off of the top five people treated and released and that is all. when you look at the damage that happened. it is really surprising because it was busy in here last night. a lot of flights were delayed because of the weather. storm chaser types and they were thinking that perhaps last night was one in which a tornado passed through and it did. there is pictures of terminal one that houses a number of different airlines and there is substantial amount of damage to the concourse c. that is where four different airlines call home here in st. louis. american and frontier and cape air and air tran. it is unknown how quickly they will get the airlines up and running. but the folks in this news conference, and a host of other folks believe by

tomorrow, tomorrow they can get the airport up to cent percent capacity. they have record done a substantial amount of work and more to permanently fix and think they can get it up to 70 percent. the key is the electrical service. with the windows torn out and jet ways that are damaged in some fashion. the big problem is getting electrical power back in the building. what power they have is emergency back up generators f. they get electricity back in the term nol tomorrow. gsa and faa on down said they could get the airport up and running. there are no plans to bring it in and out today. they hope to start operations early as tomorrow . if things go well with temporary repairs, they think they can get it to 100 percent by next week. that will be a mauler number. because of the damage done to

concourse c. the number of gates and jet ways will be reduced. there will be congestion in the particular airport. if you are trying to pit the same number of flights in and out with fewer gates and there will need to bing cooperation with the airlines to pull it off. for today. the airport is closed and looking early as tomorrow and flights in and out of here again if they can get the electricity reestablished. uma. >> it is a miracle there are no fatalities . the pictures are quite sobering. and it is really a substantial amount of damage that happened through here. if you look at it. a lot of people had to move quickly to get away from the windows that were blown in . the chief of police were downstairs and people were by the force of the winds coming in thrown off against the wall and that could have caused damage and injury apparently.

this patch of rain will continue to fire up and just linger around the northeast. we expect to use the umbrellas throughout the day and gusty wins will be a concern. rain in southern missouri and illinois and indiana and ohio and heading west ward, there is a disturbance moving through the four corners region. we are looking at higher elevation snowfalline though we are approaching the month of may. we are still getting snow on the mountains. severe weather northeast texas and including dallas and up to west virginia. stay alert throughoutidate. we have a possibility of large size hail and trong wind and tornados can't be ruled out. the bigger concern will be the hail and the win . flooding. we are seeing quite a bit of rainfall and several inches fall in the storms. we'll keep an eye out for flash flood watches in the state of west virginia and

the pept gon is not disclosing the location. but it is in the early morning hours there was early morning strikes in the capitol of tripoli a little after 1:00 this morning. you can hear the nato aircraft in the skies above and then antiaircraft fire and then journalist including fox news were taken to a parking lot where the strikes occurred and we saw two crator in the ground and one of them was still smouldering and it was only a residential neighborhood but it was a few hundred yards away from gadhafi's compound. it was some type of a water utility and on closer examination, it looked like under ground bunkers and nearby we could see metal cases used for ammunition .

the government spokesman told us repeatedly that there was no military installation nearby and a few moments after we were shown the site of the strike. a few dozen local residents poured out and demonstrated to show support for gadhafi. they chanted slogans and carried with them signs. >> now as for the city of misurata much of that city is now under control of the rebels. according to the respects from the scene, gadhafi's forces retreated. the rebels say before they retreated they booby trapped a number of dead bodies. libya deputy foreign minister said the army is pulling out to let local tribes take up the fight with the rebels. >> in misurata will be dealt with by the tribes around

the minds of most americans. they want proof that congress and the administration is serious about enforcement before the public i think will allow us to deal with issues there. we are doing some things better on enforcement but i don't think we have showed the commitment that allow the american people to have held up to the end of the bargain. >> the last congress, democrats have large majority and yet it failed to pass the legal at that timus for young people who were brought to the u.s. as children and wanted to attend college or join the military. what lies ahead if the political will is not there to move forward with the amnesty. >> the remax passed the house but failed in the senate. it needed 60 votes and means it needs some republicans and it didn't have any republicans . the fact that democrats have
